HOW IT’S MADE
The production of black garlic is a complex process of cooking by steaming (at low temperature) for 2 to 3 weeks with precise control of humidity and temperature. This process caramelizes the natural sugars in garlic, reducing its pungent taste while developing complex and sweet flavors (umami flavor).
The black garlic is then mixed with cooked organic chickpeas, white garlic, cumin, pepper, salt, and local sunflower oil to create a smooth and creamy hummus.
Our organic black garlic hummus is an excellent source of plant-based proteins and fibers combined with a powerful antioxidant.
STORAGE
Store at room temperature and away from light.
Close the jar tightly after use. Once opened, store it in the refrigerator and use it within 4 days.
